[DISIG-cabal] do we have a summary blurb

FWIW went to the ITP local dinner meet, passed out reminder for ISIG, told
them about OWASP link, link for announcement group etc.

Two of them are Otago lecturers so encouraged them to tell their students,
and a couple from ITS  so maybe also care.

The OWASP elicited the most interest
