I was preferring self-hosted to cloud ... and sandstorm has an interesting app/RBAC model as well as a decent security profile. Every "document" is an individual container-ish thing.

Where sandstorm's login methods are relatively weak, I've just found a "free as in no money" ldap provider, lol. Cloud. Of course. jumpcloud.com ... looks interesting.

I'd like to get a couple of A4 or A3 copies of that printed on something durable, possibly even 'can be written on with a whiteboard pen', so we can use them as better signs for building access. Any ideas or comments?

Only problem with sandstorm is the authentication piece, which pretty much has to be a local ldap or "login via emailed tokens", unless I've misunderstood it. So I'd welcome comments on that too.
