It is actually a video you originally posted suffering from link rot.  I 
had a screenshot archived on my computer and didn't realize the old link

Some time ago, I contacted Keith Packard requesting the data sequence 
behind that spectrogram.  Unfortunately, he replied that either he 
didn't have the data or couldn't give it to me.  It would be interesting 
what embedding scheme was employed and if the sequence would pass NIST 
tests as well as Dieharder.
