This reminds me of the NSA away device from years ago. Like Jim writes, "It's a nice conf hacking toy" but I'm aiming for something more ambitious. Noise generator circuit looks like the same general idea as OneRNG. Anyone care to speculate on performance? I might just build one myself to test.
