There are more Nation State Certifiates in the trusted root store.
Like 'Staat_der_Nederlanden...'
Several from Turkey instances (In Turkey the internet is effectively under state control).
Taiwan_GRCA ..
So not exactly a new phenomenon.... Just another one to remove on updates.

Then again how many commercial providers would refuse to cooperate when their parent state requests a "special certificate".
