[onerng talk] chaoskey now available

Kudos to the ChaosKey creator for making the design open source, including
the board layout and firmware.  Indeed, we need more such offerings.

That said, a single Vbe breakdown avalanche noise generator without any
shielding or protections against PWNed firmware is not the best choice,
IMO, for crypto.  Still, I'd take an open-source TRNG with limitations I
can see and understand any day over a "high quality" closed-source TRNG.
