[onerng talk] OneRNG LED malfunction?

As another data point, my v1.0 device with latest code also does the
flashing at ~1/s LED thing, and doesn't put out any entropy unless I
enable the radio source as well.

I'll do some more testing tonight, and make sure, but I think that's
what was happening.
