hmmm - basically he has a thermal noise circuit, from the looks of his github 
site he hasn't actually built any hardware yet. I can't comment on his actual 
circuit or the math around it (though his depending on the numerical errors in 
his spice simulator to generate his noise is a bit iffy - it's probably time 
for him to build real circuits)

(if you remember back to our beginning you'll remember I built a system with 3 
sources - it was the thermal one that I tossed)

$15 for anything USB except in large volumes (10,000s) is probably pushing it.
