      <div dir="ltr">TTL compatible CMOS chips are available, and will
        probably meet your need. I haven't researched this, but I expect
        there will be suitable drivers available. You might need two
        ICs, one inverting and one non-inverting. If one output isn't
        grunty enough, two or more outputs can be parallelled.
