Quite a few new faces this evening; welcome. Enthusiastic turnout with <br>

Quick reminder: equipment donations are welcome for the trading table, <br>
but no CRT based product, printers, toner or items that are likely to be <br>
a disposal burden. All sales from the trading table should go into the <br>
brown box on the wall, and are directly for the benefit of our host <br>
club, NZART Branch 05.<br>

David Bourke talked about ‘Get Electronic’, expressing some interest in <br>
recruiting technical staff. He gave quite a comprehensive description of <br>
his business model.<br>
<br>
William demonstrated his new printer, complete with interface to his <br>
home-made CPU project.<br>
<br>
Bevin turned up as a new member, complete with part of his mechanical <br>
calculator collection. He has a very varied and interesting background; <br>
the discussion eventually moved to medical imaging. Quite fascinating.<br>
<br>
Steve talked about his linear actuator problems, and fault resolution.<br>
<br>
Andrew talked about some of the latest electric puzzles he has created <br>
for Crate-Escape as well as a demo of cheap vs V cheap switches.<br>
<br>
Darran brought in his electric scooter, and talked a little about his <br>
experiences with the product.<br>
