I just uploaded a small (40x33mm) board to pcbzone about 10 mins ago.<BR>

Total cost $69.45 inc. GST for five single-sided silk screened & masked boards, which I should see sometime next week.<BR>

I'll report back to the list on how the experience goes, and post some high-res images so those who are interested can see the quality etc.<BR>

So far: Customer service for my initial inquiry re: kicad was quick and helpful. Pricing is good for prototype volume IMHO, and the site pretty simple to work with.<BR>

They'd not heard of kicad before so I'm going to send them some test gerber/drill files tonight from an old project I did.<BR>

For me it's a good price for what I want to do, and the chap I'm dealing with via email has been quite helpful in pre-sales mode.<BR>
