[chbot] Milwaukee M18 Battery diagnostics cracked wide open

Saw that and it made me wonder if other batteries made by TTI (AEG, Hoover,
Kango etcv) have the same internals.
I'll have to make a level shifter and have a play with some of my AEG packs
