Hello everyone,

Good turnout with 27 attendees, and lots of huddles-of tech-talk. $26 + 
change (in gold, and flat-money) collected and transferred into the 
robotics loose-change jar (for later banking).

All sales from the trading table should go into the brown box on the 
wall, and are directly for the benefit of our host club, Christchurch 
Amateur Radio Club, NZART Branch 05.

Equipment donations are welcome for the trading table, but no CRT based 
product, printers, toner or items that are likely to be a disposal burden.

Mark talked about some unexpected input switching associated with a C 
type USB connector and associated PHY which can run at 5Gbps.

He also talked a smart LED with synchronous interface, similar to the 
WS2812B but packaged on a 2 x 2mm lead frame.

Dave Jaggar will be joining us as guest speaker for our December meeting.

Darren talked about the reverse-engineering of a WiFi camera, as well as 
starting a new CHCH Meetup Group dedicated to hardware hacking.

Rudy talked about NB-IOT issues associated with water meters.
