[chbot] Meshtastic settings

Hi

I was in Wellington over the past week with my meshtastic node. I was not seeing many other nodes until I spoke with another meshy.

I had my node set to Long - Fast but everyone in Wellington was using Short - Fast. As soon as I updated the configuration, I suddenly could see 200 nodes.

What is the recommendation for Christchurch. I have been using Long - Fast but don't see much activity.
