[chbot] LoRa peer to peer

I'll try and address a few points

   - sx1278 maxes out at 500MHz so no LoRaWan as that's 915MHz here in NZ
   - Bowtie antenna at 433MHz would be a bit big!! I've used them on 2.4GHz
though when I had the wind turbine on the other side of a paddock with a
   WIFI Link
   - 433MHz using $1 OOK radios (used on my weather station) if OK for
single 18650 cell power and a 1w 6v solar panel but only reaches about 30m
and then only with the receiver in the window
   - Looking to update an old project that used NRF24L01 link from my
tunnel house back to either the workshop or the house. I'll be sending LCD
screen data updates one way and button presses the other for full remote
   control
   - Remote power is a 12v 120AHr car battery from the wreckers with a 10w
solar panel keeping in on float so 120mA TX current on LoRa won't be a
problem (I'm hoping to run without the PA turned right up)

The modules haven't arrived yet but a modded tunnel house window controller
PCB is modified and most of the code is ready to run once I have something
to connect up

I see that they also do OOK - I wonder if they would make a better receiver
than the $1 ones on the weather station or if it's more sophisticated OOK ;)
