ESPNow, or WiFi LR, both Expressive protocols. Wifi LR does 1km line of sight or more with good antennas. ESPNow does 500m line of sight, but again more with a reasonable external antenna.

I've played with NRF24L01 and easily done 400m.
On eissue is with the high power versions you need a bit of physical seperation otherwise it seems to overwhelm the front end.

They mainly use 915 Mhz.
