[chbot] multimeter thingy

Doh.  I’m so slow at checking emails… or phone messages… or the door.

This is the url where I bought mine.  I bought the zl12b model  because it had a backlit color screen, and that seemed fancy.  The model I passed around had a little spring loaded hook tip (parrot tip) for the ground wire, but it didn’t come with it. I bought the parrot wires from jay car for $43 way back before I started my $1k/month aliexpress habit.
