[chbot] LiPo batteries

In recent weeks I've picked up three vapes off the street.
The first one, slightly run over certainly is a Lipo battery 3.7V
The others must also be rechargeable because they have sockets on the
bottom.

My question is how do I dispose of these batteries.

I have looked around and found that for the runover one there is no
option but to ask around.
