[chbot] Cell tower

Greetings all

A new cell tower has been erected in the last couple of weeks on the corner
of Hoskyns Road and Newtons Road (half way between Rolleston and West
Melton).

No indication of a better signal on 2 degrees so how do I find out if it's
been fully commissioned and what network(s) its one?

It's ideally placed for me to get a decent 4g 'net connection that would be
way better than my ADSL2 copper connection as it's only 300m from my house,
literally line of sight.
