[chbot] 125kHz Tag Request

I have found that some transport system cards, and hotel room cards work
with those readers. It's the sort of thing a geek might have lying around
which just happen to work.

I'd also try gym membership tags, loyalty cards, and in some cases, library
books.

I'm planning to be there on Monday, so if I remember I'll bring a couple of
tags.
