[chbot] Mobile phone battery replacement

I have always kept the battery charge between 60-80% to maximise battery
life. I am not observing a faster drop in charge during use. Maybe the
phone errs in what it thinks the charge is.

But back to the question, does anyone have experience with repair
outfits? How often do they destroy a phone in the process?
