[chbot] Help identify a Quad Laser Diode - chocolate micro-fish challenge.

Hello All,

I was recently given a laser assembly from a colour photocopier; the
unit houses four laser diodes.

Each diode was packaged much as attached image, but with six connections.

All six wires headed off to an AK2557 IC - a 4 channel laser Diode
Driver, with automatic power control.

Connections appear to be Common, Detector Diode, LD1, LD2, LD3 and LD4.

The AK2557 datasheet refers to '4-beams LD', yet there are no preferred
parts.

So I am interested in finding a part-number for one of these quad-LDs;
efforts so far have failed.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark
