[chbot] PDF editor

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 for working with PDFs.
For those that didn't know, CS2 was free to download for awhile from Adobes website. You can still download it and get the generic serial via the wayback machine.

Looking for recommendations for a simple PDF editor capable of cropping documents. Don't mind making one-off payment, utterly reject monthly rental. Must be capable of running without being connected to the Internet.
