[chbot] 4A Blade Fuse

Thanks for all the suggestions. In the end I made an online order and I am
now the proud owner of 20 (well, 19 now) 4A blade fuses. So, if anyone
needs a 4A blade fuse, I'm your man!

If this was my amp I would definitely modify it to use glass fuses.
