4AMP Fast Blow Ceramic Fuses are easy to source.

Just an idea? I am guessing this is on not on the AC side but on the DC side. Also, that means you need to deal with that 100V on the output (assuming the fuse is on the output side). Most car fuses are rated upto about 35V not designed to go to 100V. Ceramic would be the way to go.

If it is on the AC side of the transformer, then defiantly you will want to consider something easier to switch out in future a ceramic or glass fuse in a holder would allow the fuse to be related without taking the gear to bits like you are having to do now.
