[chbot] C922 webcam, and H.264 onboard encoder

Hi all,

Some time ago, Logitech announced that they were removing the H.264 
encoder from their C922 series of webcams. If they had changed the model 
number, added a suffix, in fact anything to identify the variants this 
would have been fine, but no.

Having just acquired a unit, I am interested to know if it has H.264 on 
board. Any suggestions how I can find this out using win7 ?

If V4L2-CTL was to hand, this would be easy.
