Looks interesting but I don't see how it knows who I want to connect to?
Guess I don't really 'get' SOCKS
The only other variation of netcat I've come across is socat which I use
ALL the time from piping data from my (remote) wind turbine system back to
my server to simple tty to/from a TCP connection.
