Asertained from past auctions:

Lives over the river in Ashley (rather than Rangiora itself) on a block big enough that you can be bothered baling hay and selling it.
Loves MX-5's - modifies and possibly races them
Builds wheel alignment jigs
Possibly owns a jetboat


So if you have a play with https://mapviewer.canterburymaps.govt.nz/ and browse the Ashley area for a block with paddocks big enough to be bothered baling hay, with an external workshop with one or more MX-5's parked outside, you might have found your man.

Or ask around the motorsport/mx5 community for Neil from Ashley/Rangiora.
