[chbot] ColorLight 5A-75B/E "FPGA DEV board"

I have not had any personal experience, but am now considering
acquiring one as they seem relatively inexpensive and I do not have
any ECP5 hardware yet.

I have spoken to someone with one though, do you have any particular questions?
