[chbot] Benchtop power supply and battery charger recommendations

Sorry, Just saw the rest of your post. Take a look at ISDT. If you have a battery pack that has a BMS, then let me know. I have some 48V power supplies for charging scooters, they are only about 2A output but they will charge the packs if they have a BMS.
