[chbot] Benchtop power supply and battery charger recommendations

Kia ora All,
 I am needing a benchtop power supply, and looking for recommendations both
in NZ and from Ali and the like. Happy to purchase second hand if there is
availability.
Over 30V is great so I can charge 48V batteries 8)
USB or software control would be amazing, but probably overkill by a fair
degree.

Same sort of question WRT battery chargers - I would love something like
the very versatile Imax B6 charger, but that can go higher voltage and
current if that is possible.
