[chbot] Any suggestions for smaller secure ARM microcontrollers?

Hi All

I am looking for a secure micro for supervisory purposes. Must be ARM. Must
be single package. Must be lowish cost.

>From what I have seen that drives one towards something with the Cortex M23
or M33 core.

Any experiences/recommendations?

At this stage the Silabs EFRBG22 parts look appealing even though I don't
need the Bluetooth LE.
