Hello everyone,

Good turnout with 23 attendees, and lots of huddles-of tech-talk. $30 +
change (in gold, and flat-money) collected and transferred into the
robotics loose-change jar (for later banking).

All sales from the trading table should go into the brown box on the
wall, and are directly for the benefit of our host club, NZART Branch 05.

Equipment donations are welcome for the trading table, but no CRT based
product, printers, toner or items that are likely to be a disposal burden.

With thanks on behalf of the group,

Mark Atherton

============

Andrew talked about his new Ender3/V2 3D printer which he loves; the
overall print quality is excellent. He also demonstrated an
implementation of the QMK Quantum Mechanical Keyboard, as well as his
Linux Pine-phone (complete with GUI, and T shirt).

William brought in his Atari 2600 emulator, and continued with his
presentation about his trailer-lights test unit.

Russell brought along and talked about a roof-mounted fluid/solar
collector unit, he also talked through some of the related plumbing
issues. This really has been quite a long journey, and much wisdom has
been acquired in the process.

Robin talked about his solar-heat surplus, and associated
melting-plastic-fittings sagas. During summer he needs a significant aux
heat-dump as the primary (swimming pool) is unusable when it reaches 40C.

Steven continued his discussion relating his AI project, and an
over-clocked R-PI processor.

Henry talked about salt-baked 3D prints, apparently promoting
inter-layer adhesion.

Andrew (who helped at the Linux Conf). Brought in and talked about one
of the event ‘badges’; and ESP-based controller module with a couple of
O-LED SPI displays and some hidden features.
