Ok. I can't beat that, but I did get two packages a couple of weeks ago
that I had ordered in December. They came from Kyrgyzstan.

My guess is that a bunch of companies bid on the deliveries and the
cheapest one gets it. They undoubtedly assure the vendors they will meet
the 90 day limit, but when the refund requests start appearing they get
struck off the list of eligible companies for a while.

>From their point of view they got the business and the cash. They'll only
have to refund the people that complain, so maybe they'll make a net
profit. After all, who's going to complain that their one dollar item
didn't show up, even if they remember that they had ordered it? Apart from
me, of course.

I currently have three packages "in my country". Naturally I can barely
contain my excitement, although if they were destined to arrive tomorrow I
think they'll be stopped by the snow.
