[chbot] Another Starlink train on Thursday (tomorrow)

Hi All

There is a Starlink "train" of over 20 satellites at 18.45 to 18.48
tomorrow. West to East almost perfectly overhead.
Bonus: ISS at 18:49. West to North just above horizon.

Unfortunately clouds expected.
