[chbot] Shipping

Two packages from the 20 January I have decided are lost.
Four packages from 8 March- not looking good.
A couple of orders from April arrived, but still some outstanding.
May's orders are too early to tell.

I've had nothing at all since my last report, which was 10 days ago. :(
