Is anyone making use of NZPost's delivery status update notifications?
I'm finding them seriously substandard. They keep them in the system for
only 2 weeks, and they didn't give a hoot when I pointed out to them
years ago that items from China generally take longer than that. At
least they emailed a renewal link. These days they email after 2 weeks,
but the link is a general link to the tracking number. And it's still
showing "send status updates", of course one can't say what will
actually happen so the only safe option is click on "stop status
updates" (they send a STOPPED email), and "start". So they send a WATCHING
email, and just to make sure, a third email "there's nothing new for the
last 2 weeks we can tell you about". Bunch of idiots at NZPost (and
it predates covid19 so no excuse there).
