[chbot] Skunkworks ventilators in NZ?

At this stage I am not so much interested in these challenges etc because
they are seldom directly trying to produce something with hard goals and
actual outputs.

I think NZ should have a goal of actually having, say, 100 extra ventilated
beds by the end of April, and  1500 ventilated beds by 15 May.

Design is only part of it. It needs to be brought to production,
distributed, installed, people trained etc. The problem with most of us
hobbyists is that we like the design bit and the rest gets boring...

Don't get me wrong, the design is important but it is only a very tiny part
of the whole exercise.

Does anyone know if the full effort is happening?
