[chbot] Ordering parts online

Thanks Brendan.

Any idea if they are qualified as an essential supplier - I can't see 
anything obvious.

Just checked and Digikey also have an NZ$66 min for free shipping. RS 
will ship for free, but are much more expensive.

In any case (from what i understand) local couriers will only deliver 
from Essential Service qualified suppliers.
