[chbot] Skunkworks ventilators in NZ?

Does anyone know if there is actually a real project running to make
skunkworks ventilators fast in NZ?

Yes, I know there are  heaps of hobby dabblers milling around like confused
sheep, but to actually achieve something like build 500 units before the
end of April requires some real coordination, real project management etc.

Anybody know if anything real is happening.
