[chbot] Teleconference by Zoom

Thanks Marek, Haldley, Stuart et all.

Path of least resistance is a strong motivator at the moment; I will 
take a look at opens source suggestions, but the overwhelmingly good 
comments about Zoom puts it as a front-runner in my mind.

In real terms, I am not sure that the 40 min limit is an issue since we 
can always 'carry on after the break' IE fetch, or dispose of another 
beer etc. Eek, Robotics group drunk, not sure if I can even contemplate 
that one !

What do we all expect after any meeting ? Brief meeting notes ? How 
about each of the speakers puts their own notes up on this email list - 
otherwise I can see me sinking under the required admin.

Presumably availability is no longer an issue for most, having said 
that, 6:30pm is still a fav time for me...

Do we  want a general yak, a focussed discussion, multiple topic rooms ? 
Thoughts please.
