[chbot] Shipping

I have a feeling some things are being sent as large orders and then repackaged in Auckland.

I received a package which had my phone number and address but someone else's name. I think some sort of processing error. Courier to collect some time hopefully.

My concern is that the goods I ordered have gone to someone else.

At present I have had a package sitting in Auckland for more than 4 weeks according to tracking details. Not sure what is going on but okay :0
