The fire cement is likely to flake off if it is applied to a metal with a
high temperature coefficient of expansion. The aluminium is also likely to
melt if the heat is applied for too long - unless you add cooling tubes. (I
believe most liquid fuelled rockets use the fuel for cooling the nozzles.)
