[chbot] Digikey shipping data point

Hi All.

A data point for those interested:

I ordered some stuff from digikey on the 4th, it got to AKL on 6th and was
delivered in Christchurch today (14th).

So the international part of the delivery seems good, but there is some
sort of extra delays in NZ.
