[chbot] Anyone any good on a ladder?

I'm not and I need the aerial cable on my TV aerial replacing. Every time
it rains I get a dodgy picture for the next day or so.

I have ladders that will reach OK, its just that more than about 2m up one
I can't move!!

Picture attached to show access (I can manage the inside the loft work!!)
