[chbot] Recycle Dyson Battery for a D Cell Flashlight

I finally found a use for my 18650 Dyson batteries I have lying around. 
Every expired Dyson battery I have tested has 50% capacity left in it. 
e.g. 1100 milliamp hours of goodness. While this is not enough to drive 
a hungry Dyson stick vacuum, there is plenty of power left for projects 
and torches etc. See my video I uploaded today.
