[chbot] Unlocking a microSDHC or SDXC card

Hi Synco
Yes, they are micro SD cards, and I am using an adaptor but I have tried
two different adaptors with the same results. I have moved the write
protect (or "lock") slider to the unlocked position, and for some attempts
this has given a difference in the error message (i.e. it doesn't even make
an attempt when write protected).
The cards worked for a year or more, then each suddenly stopped working in
the phone, and the phone no longer offered it. A new card then worked
perfectly in the phone, so it looks like a software write protect on the
card, or something else corrupted.
I don't have any Linux computers other than my Raspberry Pi's, but I will
try to bring the cards (and adaptors) to the next meeting (in one week's
time I believe).
Thanks
Trevor
