[chbot] Recommendations for competent local web designing talent

Hi Mark,
Unable to directly recommend "web designing talent", the basis for what they want is intriguing.
My only referral is to Keynote #1 from the recent linux.conf.au 2019 where Rory Aronson of CEO of FarmBot Inc. described how all documentation related to FarmBot has been open sourced. Rory is also very approachable, so if requiring further information just send him an email.
