[chbot] BR05 Summer Garage Sale, 24th Nov 2018

On Saturday the 24th Nov 2018, starting 9am, there will be a public 
Garage Sale at 5 Idris Road.

Branch 05 (the host club) will be advertising, and making space 
available for individuals of affiliated groups to sell items at their 
club rooms.

Groups and associated membership include Branch 05, Vintage Radio 
Society, Christchurch Robotics group, and CARDs. These sellers are 
responsible for their own cash floats, and security of their possessions.

This event is intended for the benefit of those groups and individuals, 
with no implicit charges associated with the event. Having said that, 
Branch 05 will happily accept cash donations as good-will associated 
with this event. If you own a business, and wish to participate, a 
generous donation will be expected !

Set up for sellers will be the preceding Friday evening, between 6 and 
8pm, and between 8 and 9am Saturday morning. The car park will be 
available to sellers in case of overflow in the morning. Please do not 
turn up before 9am Saturday if you are not a seller.

Transactions are between buyer and seller. Unless stated otherwise, 
everything is sold as-is-where-is, with no right of return. and the host 
club is in no way responsible for the outcome of such transactions.

Each group is responsible for ensuring that this notice is distributed 
to all of their participating members before the event starts.

It is also important that all sellers take any unsold items, packing and 
waste back with them at the end of the event - please do not abandon 
anything for the host club to clean up !
