I thought this was really interesting so I decided to share.

Uses all the cool stuff, 3d printing, lasers, chemistry and electronics.

This guy is depositing copper onto laser etched plastics, similar to 
Laser Direct Structuring (I hadn't even heard of Laser Direct 
Structuring before...)
